|  |  | | Founded in 2011, Southern Valley Services began providing Energy Code Diagnostic Services to new home builders. As certified Building Performance Analysts, and HERS Raters; we worked to provide HERS certification for new homes, and gradually began offering energy audits to existing homes as well.
We continued to add services to our company as the needs grew, and today we now offer diagnostic services and inspections for both new homes and existing homes of all ages. Home inspections, energy assessments, radon testing, and soon healthy home evaluations to aid in making for a better environment for families and children who suffer from respiratory and asthma issues.
